End users who bought the Mi10 or Mi10 Pro at the Xiaomi official sales outlet in the local area and then activated locally, will be eligible for a 1-time Free Screen Damage Protection.

This is a one-time repair free of charge which is offered at Xiaomi Local Authorized Service Center if Screen is damaged within the warranty period beginning after the date of activation.

In the event that the screen has been physically damaged and is unable to be used as usual (excluding the intentional damages) the user is able to receive a one-time screen replacement service from the nearest Xiaomi Authorized Service Center.

Screen Damage Protection is not applicable in the following circumstances: Screen Damage Protection is not applicable to any of the following situations:

Damage to the screen resulted from your intentional actions
The visible damage to the mobile phone's exterior includes scratching, paint stripping fades and other damages that don't affect normal usage
Damages resulting from indirect or incidental causes that result from an accident (including but not only unusable profits loss, business loss and data loss as well as time loss)
It is possible that the model, or even the IMEI may be modified, lost, not identifiable or incompatible with the one you recorded at the time of purchase.
The Product was disassembled or repaired through any repair facility that isn't a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center
The Product has been lost because of theft, loss and stolen, etc.
The request for Screen Repair isn't within the period in the Screen crack warranty or the stipulated service duration limit.
Conflicts, war and military acts and strikes violence, riots, terrorist actions
Administrative act or legal act
Typhoonsand floods or earthquakes, volcanic explosions and tsunamis. Nuclear reactions radioactive or nuclear radiation
Depreciation following repair

Termination of 1-time Free Screen Damage Protection

If any of these situations the protection Service will be invariably terminated

The expiration date for Screen Damage Protection as stated in the above conditions.
It is fixed through a repair center that is not a Xiaomi Authorized Service Center
One-time replacement of the screen is done in compliance to the terms of Screen Damage Protection Service terms and conditions. Screen Damage Protection Service terms

If Xiaomi determine that damage was caused by your intention the protection service will automatically remove.
